Eighth House offers hybrid indoor-outdoor studios featuring affordable, versatile spaces designed to suit a variety of creative needs.

Our space includes seasonal sets, modular backdrops, as well as an outdoor set that leverages natural light.

We provide styled corners and sets to make content creation simple and beautiful.

Committed to offering a community-focused environment, Eighth House is the ideal space for photographers, creators, and brands seeking flexible and creative studio solutions.

Venue Hire

Our space is perfect for hosting a wide range of events, with an abundance of natural light, timber floors and white walls. The open plan event space is approximately 95m², is air conditioned, with an inside toilet, and on-site parking (limited).

Ideal for yoga sessions, drawing and painting classes, intimate gatherings, markets, art exhibits, talks, readings, meet-ups, meetings and more.

Our studio offers both ambiance and flexibility to meet your needs.

  • Each booking at Eighth House is for exclusive use with full access to the studio for the duration of the booking. The space has an abundance of natural light through large windows, a toilet on site, parking (on request), street parking, air conditioning and bluetooth speaker.

  • For events with BYO and/or food, there is a $70 cleaning and reset fee. Please select the add-on at check out if applicable.

  • Eighth House is located next to Highgate Hill’s favourite cafe - The Little Green Room - and catering may be available if required. Please enquire at your earliest convenience by emailing admin@eighthhouse.com

Photography Studio Rates

  • At Eighth House, we believe in simple, all-inclusive photography studio hire. Bookings include use of the space, paper rolls, Godox studio strobe lights, fabric backdrops, backdrop stands, furniture, bluetooth speaker and more. No additional costs.
